ACEC of Maine recently decided to participate in the ACEC Business Insurance Trust program. If a member firm decides to purchase business insurance from the ACEC Business Insurance Trust the ACEC of Maine receives a financial incentive payment. So if your firm is looking at purchasing business insurance make sure that you check out the ACEC website at www.acec.org/trusts/trustsprogram.cfm. Purchasing your insurance through the ACEC will generate non-dues revenue for our organization and help to fund future activities, so check it out.

ACEC of Maine also has entered into an agreement with ACEC to market books and ACEC-logo merchandise from the ACEC Bookstore. As a member of ACEC of Maine your firm is entitled to a discount in the purchase price. Also, whenever your firm makes a purchase from the ACEC Bookstore the ACEC of Maine will receive a royalty payment. This is another way for us to increase our non-dues revenue so check out the ACEC Bookstore using our website link or by contacting the bookstore directly at store.acec.org/.

ACEC of Maine is also in the process of establishing a relationship with Outsource Training, LLC. This firm is registered with NCEES and is a Registered Continuing Education Provider.
